The Godden Gaming Organisation has been established in the leisure industry for over forty years. The Organisation began by operating three regional Amusement Parks in the 1980s, expanding to take in the iconic Dreamland in Margate in 1995. With the increase in global transport, the focus switched to less seasonal, more adult focused entertainment, together with family entertainment centres based in the traditional seaside resorts that maintain their appeal in modern modern society. The organisation currently operates 19 high street Adult Gaming Centres under the Palace Amusements brand and 3 Family Entertainment centres from a mixture of freehold & leasehold property.

Adult Gaming
Centres

We will consider all acquisition and new site opportunities for Adult Gaming Centres. Having opened more greenfield sites than any other UK operator since 2013 we are able to harness our in house expertise to deliver results in many locations.

Family
Entertainment

Freehold opportunities or exceptional leasehold opportunities only. Generally within four hours of Kent only, but we are looking to acquire Family Entertainment Centres with Asset Management opportunities, whether through operational improvements and investment or through property development.

Property
Investment

We are flexible and dynamic property investors and developer. We have particular interest in Adult Gaming Centre investment opportunities, or vacant shop opportunities that have potential to be Adult Gaming Centres.
